Harvest Hope is on a mission to eliminate hunger and food insecurity in South Carolina. As South Carolina’s largest food bank, it rescues nutritious food from stores throughout the state and distributes it to food pantries, shelters and soup kitchens. Harvest Hope operates programs that provide food for our most vulnerable citizens – children, seniors and rural residents who don’t have access to grocery stores. They also run emergency food pantries in Greenville and Columbia where anyone in need can get a week’s supply of groceries for free.

Harvest is always in need of volunteers! They have reserved four times specifically for Mt. Horeb; however, you can serve anytime or any day. They are located off Shop Rd. in Northeast Columbia. The registration process for Harvest Hope is simple, but two-fold. Once you register through Mt. Horeb, you will receive an email confirmation. In this email confirmation, there is an additional link that takes you to Harvest Hope. On HH's registration page, you will create a volunteer login, watch a short volunteer video and select your time through them.

In your email confirmation from Mt. Horeb, you will receive more information about when, where and what wear when serving at Harvest Hope. As your serving date nears, your Go Week Missions Captain,Taira Waites, will be in touch with any additional information you may need. If you would like to purchase a Go Week T-shirt, you may do so directly below for $10, with a $40 max per family. We are taking GO Week t-shirt orders until Friday, September 26.

The GO Week t-shirt has the GO Week logo and verse on the front. The back is a list of our Mt. Horeb GO Week partners. When considering your shirt size, the t-shirts are Comfort Wash by Hanes, the same as the 2025 VBS t-shirts.

T-shirts are available for pick-up October 5-18, and you will be notified via email when they come in. Additional t-shirts are available to purchase after October 5, but there will be a limited number, and your size is not guaranteed.
